Are you looking for a 3D room design who can provide design inspiration for your next project? We use your photos and our sophisticated 3D interior design software to virtually create the room of your dreams. We gather your design preferences and make them come to life with real colors, furniture, and accessories that can be purchased at your own pace.
BASIC CONSULT WITH STAGING REPORT
We offer client consultations for your home or office starting at an affordable $190. This package is suitable in assisting you in prepping your home to sell, giving you tips on organizing and arranging, or offering suggestions for creating a high-impact home environment.
The consultation includes a 2-hour walk-through and discussion followed up with a 25-page report. The report includes observations and suggestions based on our time together on how to stage a house effectively, specifically YOUR house.
WORKING CONSULTATION
Want to take it one step further? In a working consultation, I’ll get in there with you to help you stage your house. We’ll work together on-site to prepare your home or office using the furniture and accessories you have on hand. Props and furniture rental is avilable for an extra cost, as well as other a la carte services.
The starting cost for a working consultation is $200 for the first 2 hours and $50/hr. for each additional hour.
HOW TO STAGE A HOUSE
Staging a home for selling isn’t intuitive. There’s a whole emotional philosophy behind staging. No matter how creative a person is, when it comes to impactful and effective home staging, one must understand the psychology.
Perhaps you have an eye for good design but still need professional input on how to stage a house or office that draws out the best of your space. Our consultation services are designed with the DIY person in mind.
